Cocoplaces is an accommodation facility spread over the city of Florence. It has numerous apartments located in 2 different locations. The apartments are all located near the main attractions of Florence and have all the necessary comforts to better enjoy your stay in Florence.

Check-in
Check-in time normally ranges between 3pm and 8pm on appointment (through the phone number +39 392 1587519 or through WhatsApp) . It is possible to leave the luggage starting from 1 pm. The appointment for the delivery of the keys will be in front of the door or the gate of the area.
Check-out
Check-out must be made before 10.00 to allow our staff in charge of the rearrangement to carry out the final cleaning to welcome new guests.
For any change in check-in or check-out time, you must notify the telephone number of the reception.
Reception
The apartments are like a real home and for this there is no reception area. Our staff will welcome you on arrival and you will be free to enjoy Florence in complete autonomy, but we will always be reachable for every need.
Luggage deposit
The apartments do not have a left-luggage office, however you can take advantage of the left-luggage office at the nearby Santa Maria Novella railway station.

Apartments don’t follow the same rules as hotels. For this reason, towel change, daily cleaning or breakfast service are not carried out. The initial kit for the living room is available, such as bed linen, towels, toiletries and kitchen equipment (dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.).
For extra cleaning or change of linen, we can supply them at an extra cost.
